Raw Living Wellness

Raw Living Wellness

I love raw food! I’ve been eating a high raw diet which is a diet that consists of predominantly raw food for over 10 years and I love it. It’s been very beneficial to me and I want to share the same information that’s helped me with you. I highly recommend a diet that consists mostly of fresh organic vegetables and fruits because research shows that they are full of enzymes, phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Cooked food is also great but it’s best for it to be unprocessed, whole food as this is much more beneficial to the body.

I’ve adopted a healthy lifestyle by changing my diet, exercising, meditating, reducing stress, having fun and I show you how I do it in all my books. By applying the principles described in my books people are empowered to improve their health and function at an optimal level. Check out my store for nutrient dense whole food supplements.

Raw food enhances the immune system, aids in weight loss, increases energy, improves memory, detoxification, digestion and elimination. Eating food that consists predominantly of raw vegetables, greens, fruit, nuts, seeds is the best way to provide optimal nourishment for your body long term. This helps decrease the risk of diseases like cancer, heart disease, stroke etc. Adding vegetables, fruits and greens to your diet is essential.

Studies show that eating one serving of fruits and vegetables per day can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by 4% and more than 8 servings a day can reduce your risk by 30%.

I write about the effects of nutrient dense food on the body in all my books available on Amazon.
